Corporate Donors and supporters help to raise over $500,000 for the Fisher Family Primary Care Centre.

We are proud to share that, with the support of our corporate donors and guests, our 2023 Spring Gala has raised over $546,250 in support of the expansion of the Fisher Family Primary Care Centre.

This year’s event, “Run for the Roses: a Kentucky Derby Party,” welcomed over 230 guests for a night of silent and live auctions, entertainment, and even some dancing! We are grateful for the support of our community year over year. We look forward to returning in 2025. Watch this space for more information!

Why expand the Clinic?

The needs of our community have outgrown the clinic’s existing infrastructure in recent years. An expansion of the clinic is needed to accommodate the number of health practitioners already occupying the facility and to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community it serves. In fact, a number of staff are already "doubling up" and sharing workspaces. A new, two-story addition is underway for the clinic in order to provide the space needed to meet these demands. The addition consists of physician offices and consultation rooms along with space for clinical and administrative support staff. The new space provides one larger clinic room per floor designed to accommodate bariatric patients and procedures in order to provide more inclusive care for all. The existing waiting and reception areas are to be expanded with individual reception spaces providing additional privacy for initial patient contact and follow-up.
