Total donations received to support the bottom items are over $2.2 million dollars!
An update from the Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation regarding donations received through the Foundation in 2022.
These donations are received in the mail, the Annual Spring Gala (which happened in person on October 22, 2022) donations supported through corporate business donations and other donations, online donations, local funeral homes (in memory), Annual Radiothon and any third party events.
In 2022, the Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation received donations to support the following purchases for the Listowel Memorial Hospital:
Gala 2022
Laparoscopic Tower for the OR
Replacement Ultrasound machine for DI
Portable Ultrasound machine for Emerg
Portable Ultrasound machine for OB
Additional capital purchases
LMHF received over $620K net from Gala 2022 to support these projects and others
Radiothon 2022
Scopes for Surgical Services (2 Colonscopes)
LMHF received over $88K net from the Radiothon to support this project
Funding to support the purchase of a crash cart (Medicine) and Slit Lamp (ED)
Funding designated to the Fisher Clinic renovation when needed
We are very fortunate to live in such a great community with the support for their local hospital!
